IT Process Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

Are you an IT professional experienced in IT support and driving IT improvements? Are you excellent in supporting users, generating reports and anticipating user’s needs in IT operations?

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for the adequate and timely implementation and functioning of the IT processes assigned (planning, establishing and documenting information systems, analyzing IT business and IT business processes, user support).
  • Proposes IT process improvements for the planned functioning of the company and monitors the implementation and results of proposed solutions within their scope of work.
  • Monitors and regularly updates reporting to the principal (NIKE), participates in the implementation of joint projects as well as internal projects within the company.
  • Documents existing IT processes and procedures is responsible for the currency of IT process and project documentation, as well as user instructions for all IT services of the company.
  • Within their scope of work, responsible for monitoring and implementing IT policies and procedures, participates in regular training of all organizational units on changes and updates, and actively proposes improvement measures along with the development and application of new technologies.
  • Follows best practices in IT and promotes their application within the company, with responsibility for timely and regular reporting within their scope of work.
  • Demonstrates and promotes the organizational values of the company both within the team and in relations with external collaborators.
  • Monitors and ensures adherence to the company’s procedures and rules, as well as legal obligations within their work scope.
  • Provides information and data necessary for business decision-making and prepares appropriate internal and external reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: IV level of professional education in IT
  • Minimum 3 years in similar roles
  • Responsibility, organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies in a corporate environment is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with ITIL standards and ISO27001 is a plus
  • Experience with ITSM or BI solutions is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Driving license category B
