Nike Metcon ForthFight gathered all cross-fit enthusiasts at Tasmajdan on the first weekend of September. This competition was organized by Sport Time in collaboration with CrossFit NS club, with technical support from DD Wellness Solutions.
A total of 220 top competitors from more than 20 countries competed for the title of the fittest individuals in various categories. However, valuable cash and merchandise prizes were awarded to the winners in five categories in both the men’s and women’s competitions.
In the Elite category for the fittest competitors, Augustin Vilicnik (Croatia) and Kristina Vasic (Serbia) took home the medals, while in the advanced category, Branko Scekic (Montenegro) and Ida Selec (Croatia) stood out. In the Master 35+ category, the best were Mario Waleriew (Bulgaria) and Tina Erceg Pejkovic (Croatia), and among begginers competiting in the Scaled category, the gratest success was achieved by Srdjan Vojinovic (Serbia) and Elena Sladojevic (Serbia). Finally, in the Team category, the winners were Dusan Stevanovic, Ahmen Madkour, and Charmaine Cardenas from Fitness First (United Arab Emirates).
In addition to the outstanding spectacle at the Tasmajdan stadium, spectators could also enjoy related fitness activities, refreshments, and sweets, as well as interact with the competitors. As this sport becomes increasingly popular, we strive each year to push the boundaries in organization and introduce innovations.
