JOB SUMMARY:

Sport Time’s IT team ensures the flow of our online communication, protects our data and information, and constantly grows our IT infrastructure. To expand this team, we are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable person to lead and manage our technological operations at the group level. This person needs to be an avid practitioner of IT solutions, and early adopter of new technologies who enjoys improving the already existing stuff.

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Owning all IT services in the company, ensuring smooth operations from the first to the final step
  • Managing and optimizing network systems and hardware, covering all office and retail locations
  • Developing and implementing data security protocols, ensuring its compliance with the latest industry standards and regulations
  • Leading and directing IT support team efforts to maintain operational efficiency
  • Working closely with other departments to implement tech solutions to support business growth
  • Creating the organization’s IT budget and enabling productive use of resources
  • Staying in touch with the latest industry trends
  • Demonstrating the values of our company both within our team and in relation with external stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience of minimum 6 years in IT service management, ideally within retail or supply chain

  • Strong knowledge of network and system administration
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong command of English language
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
